Salted Anchovies

Have you had your dinner? Whether you had it or not, this might be raise your appetite. It’s 멸치 젓 (myeolchi jeot) or

salted anchovies. The salted anchovies aged two or three months. Seasoned with spices and served as a side dish or added to kimchi for flavor.
